I hold a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor’s in Adult Education from Bellevue University. These experiences didn’t just shape my expertise; they sparked a lifelong passion for creating learning environments where adults feel empowered, respected, and truly able to grow.

Learning can transform lives. That belief guides everything I design. I weave together adult learning theory and the three domains of learning—cognitive, affective, and psychomotor to create experiences that are thoughtful, engaging, and grounded in how people actually learn.

Outside of work, you'll often find me with a paintbrush in hand. Painting has been a creative outlet for as long as I can remember. It keeps me grounded, fuels my imagination, and often inspires how I approach design, combining structure with creativity to meet every challenge with a fresh perspective.
